I had a great experience with Calibur Electronix. The owner, Glenn, called pack promptly and was able to schedule the repair the same day. I provided the make and model number of the dryer and he came prepared for some of the more common problems. As it turned out it was a part he had one the truck so he was able to make the repair on the spot. Our dryer was up and running again on the same day.
